MIA this last week -I was a bit sick. But my boyfriend suggests his 'Power Tea' - fresh ginger, organic lemons, raw honey and a bit of coconut oil I. drank several cups every day and never really got too sick! My nose was a bit sniffly, and my throat a bit sore but otherwise I felt good enough to go into work. I wonder if you would notice which episode we shot that I was feeling under the weather? Ginger is great as a bit of a herbal decongestant, lemons are a fantastic source of vitamin C, honey makes it sweet and is very easy to digest and coconut oil ads a hint of flavour and helps increase immunity. Gotta love that coconut oil!
Pick up the Mazda6 tomorrow.
